Accurate Pools

We paid for an above ground pool and installation. $7000. The pool is great, but the installation destroyed our yard. We'll get stuck the next time it rains. This company is very unprofessional. The owner does the work, but left trash in our yard, the job half finished until we complained, and our yard thick with extra sand and dirt. This is not a $7000 job. His idea of done was the pump leaking and not mounted, screws in the skimmer, and mounds of dirt along the back side of the pool. When trying to resolve the issue we were met with excuses and straight up "do not care" attitude. Please keep shopping and take your money elsewhere.

I can say since I’ve become a pool owner,accurate pools has been the go 2 place since living in the Richmond county area!!! They recently drained my pool & my fathers’ a few months back. Glad I went to see Jill at the store she has been so helpful and thanx to Brandon & the krew for draining & cleaning my pool

I have had a terrarium in my back yard since I purchased this house. Accurate Pools rectified that problem at the best price I was quoted from three other prominent pool companies. There was a lapse in communication between restoring the pool and getting it ready for swimming, but they corrected that quickly.

I needed a liner replacement. They got back to me right away. They came to do the job earlier than expected, and did it quickly and beautifully. I also needed help with another project that they helped with in an extremely timely manner. I would recommend them for their pricing, and their ability and experience in doing an excellent job. Plus, they traveled a little further than I expected, to do the job. Definately 5 stars!! Thank you Accurate Pools!!

We have been using Accurate Pools for years. They have installed our last 3 liners in our inground pool and have replaced the pump. They provided excellent and speedy service on a warranty issue. Very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them for all of your pool needs!
