I ordered two items online. The chair and umbrella that I wanted were available. I was notified as soon as they were ready to be picked up. I was greeted upon entering the store and was shown where to pick up my items. The counter to pick up the items is at the front of the store which makes it Very Convenient.

I've bought a few pistol and ammo here Good prices and helpful staff. I would have gave 5 stars but I've had a pending background check from months ago from a order that was canceled so I have no choice but to wait. Any other background check I try to do gets auto delayed now

Got these shoes less than a month ago. Have the receipt and no box because we have never had a problem with New Balance before. These shoes are junk . The store refused to allow us to return them, even though we have the receipt. I naively thought that a sixty day return policy implied they'd stand behind their products, but obviously not. Amazon would have accepted the return as the item being defective. Not Academy. Not good. New Balance Men's DynaSoft Pro Run STYLE: MPRORLK2 is the style.

Waited a while outside waiting for curbside, I know a lot of business are short handed and need people so I wasn’t upset but was pressed for time so I went inside. Line was long for pickup but I still waited patiently, I saw someone about to go outside with the bag so I asked was it my order and got it from the young lady who was very nice and apologized for the wait. I get all the way home and I see a sensor on my husbands shoes I purchased for Father’s Day. Glad I looked in the bag, I love the Augusta location but will not be coming back here. Offered a 5.00 coupon on next purchase in store, no thanks. That’s why everyone is switching to online because it’s not worth the hassle anymore or gas!
