Horrible customer service. I called about signing up as a new contractor. They took some info and said they will email me the form. A few hours later I called back and they said they went to lunch and forgot. Asked for pricing for a project I sold, confirmed the email to make sure he had it right and still no emails. Maybe he went on break again and forgot. And yes I checked my spam folder and they had my number.

They were very quick to check me in, as well as unloading. 30 minutes from arrival time to departure time, which is quick considering most of the places I deliver to usually take about an hour and a half
