I reached out to this company after reading their positive reviews. Taylor came out and reviewed the job, emailed an estimate that day, and scheduled work to begin right away, exactly what we needed. When an issue arose early in the job, it was quickly resolved. Customer service is very important to me, and Taylor was responsive to all my calls and questions. It was decided that Christina would come to our home and complete the job. She was the right person! Christina arrived early, with a welcoming personality, assessed the situation, and efficiently completed the job. She provided exceptional customer service, maintained professionalism, and delivered top-quality painting. While I appreciate seeing men excel in their work, I was genuinely impressed and overjoyed to see a woman come in, know exactly what she was doing, and handle it with skill. I would definitely hire this company again.

Taylor showed up at my house a few days after Helene hit and told me he was in business with my insurance agent, so I thought he was with the insurance company. He assured me he could take the two pines off my house. After four days of trying, he finally told me he was "more of a tree trimmer than a tree remover" I fortunately was able to flag someone down in my neighborhood who was removing trees for a neighbor and he was able to complete the job. He didn't have a large enough tarp, so Taylor promised to come and tarp the house which he did. When we got rain a few weeks later, the tarp failed and my house flooded again. He came back and put a larger tarp on. The next rain, the tarp failed again and the house flooded again. Taylor sent someone else to redo the tarp with screws instead of nails. This past Thursday, I noticed half the tarp and blown off. I immediately called the office and spoke to someone who said she'd have someone call me. Later Robbie called me to let me know they hadn't received payment from the original tarping. The invoice had been submitted and I assumed the insurance company would pay them directly. I contacted my adjuster who immediately started the process to send me the money. I informed Robbie of this and also told him the tarp was down again. I told him I'd give him a check for the invoice when they came to retarp. He said he'd try to get someone there that afternoon. I spoke to him again on Friday and he promised Taylor would come on the weekend to tarp it. I called the office today (Monday) and left a message that I still needed the roof tarped. When I hadn't heard from them by noon, I found someone else who is able to come and tarp it this afternoon before the rain tomorrow. Hopefully he'll know how to actually put on a tarp to stay. If I could give zero stars I would - A very stressful situation has been made worse by the incompetence of this company
