2-U Beauty Supply

Had the doors locked at 5:50pm and they clearly close at 6pm. Yes I’m one of those people. Don’t advertise you close at 6pm and it’s 5:50pm. I was looking to purchase an entire case of a specific case of soaps that would have been over a $200 purchase. Not to mention I called 2xs and they didn’t answer at all. Notice her locking the doors and walking out.. still wasn’t 6:99pm yet.

If I could give a 0 I would. I called in to see if they had any hair braiding racks. I was yelled at and then hung up on. I came in a few days after that to pick up some hair and other items. I noticed that the lady I spoke with is now on the phone arguing with a guy name Jerome.(that’s all I kept hearing) Anyway, My phone had died and I needed to tap pay. I asked if I could charge my phone and she goes off on me again. Asking other customers “why she asking to charge phone”. Another lady (much nicer) offered to take my phone and put it on the charger but once I heard how bad the Chinese lady was speaking about me I just left. I hate that this is the closest beauty salon but I will be more than happy to drive to Augusta for my family and I hair needs. I’ve spent quite a bit of money in here. Yes it was not her problem to charge my phone. I would have respectfully taken a “no I can not” instead she gets loud and backs away from the register and then proceeded to ask customers “why she asking to charge phone”.

I really appreciate the employee who helped me find the product that I needed. First time there, but I will come back. Great place!!

I gave this store a one star because I couldn't give it a zero. Yesterday I purchased some items from this store. When it was time for me to pay for items my chip on my debit card started acting funny. I inserted my card into the machine at least two times before it finally allowed me to make a purchase. When I checked my account this morning, I realized that 2-U Beauty took out two payments. I called the store and a woman answered the phone. She told, me that I could get my money back if I show them proof about the transactions. When I got there I spoke with the woman who I talked to earlier on the phone. She was nice and very polite. She looked at my phone and she told me that I was right about the transactions. However, the owner of the store caught an attitude and got loud with me. She told, me that I was wrong and that I should call my bank because her machine didn't take out an extra payment. Also, she said, that I should wait until next week to see if the machine actually took two payments out of my account. I told her that I spoke with my bank and they told me that two payments came out of my account. After going back and forth with her, she finally decided to give my money back to me. I was so angry after I left that store because the store owner acted like I was trying to scam her. I showed her proof of everything and she still had a nasty attitude with me. After today, I will not buy anything else from this store

The return policy sucks...no refund...exchange only!...Too bad the sign is posted at knee level at the register...that's great if you 2 feet tall 😀....oops I forgot it posted on the receipt but you have already made the purchase when you get a receipt!!!!
